Our specialist Domiciliary Care Team, will receive your enquiry. We will review and discuss your requirements and offer information regarding our services on offer, as well as an outline of anticipated costs.
Grace Shield Health and Social Care will then arrange for an assessor to come and visit you in your home environment and conduct a care and risk assessment. Once this visit is completed, a fully costed care package will be offered to you.
Grace Shield Health and Social Care will finalise your care package and service with yourself and your family, and together we will identify the most suitable care employee for this. Once this decision has been made, we will arrange for you to meet them to say hello and decide on your carer. If further training is required, we will arrange this as and when.
Once all parties are satisfied, we will be delighted to begin your care service and improve your quality of life.
